1. Organizer

Gandhapallavi Farms LLP (“Organizer”), having its registered office at Dharwad, Karnataka, India, is the sponsor of the “Harita Fortune Lucky Draw Campaign” (“Campaign”).

2. Campaign Period

• Start Date: September 1, 2025 at 00:00 IST

• End Date: November 30, 2025 at 23:59 IST

All purchases of the 5-in-1 Premium Plant Pack made within this period are eligible for entry.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Karnataka aged 18 years or older.

• Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Organizer and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and prize suppliers are ineligible.

• A valid government photo ID and proof of purchase invoice are required at the time of claiming any prize.

4. Entry Mechanism

• Each purchase of one 5-in-1 Premium Plant Pack (₹2,999) automatically generates one lucky-draw ticket.

• No additional registration is required.

• Participants may purchase multiple packs; each pack = one entry.

• Early-bird and referral credits do not affect the count of draw entries.

5. Draws & Prize Distribution

Draws will occur at the following sales milestones. Winners are selected via certified randomization software under independent audit:

6. Winner Notification & Claim

• Winners of each milestone are notified by SMS and email within three (3) business days of the draw.

• Winners must claim their prize within Thirtn (30) days of notification by submitting:

  • Government-issued photo ID & Address proof (Pan Card +Aadhar Card)

  • Original purchase invoice

• Failure to submit valid documents within the claim window forfeits the prize.

7. Prize Conditions

• No cash alternative or substitution is permitted.

• Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

• Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Plant Health Guarantee & Refunds

• All plant packs are final sale.

• A 30-day health guarantee covers defects or death of any plant under normal care; claim requires photographic evidence and proof of purchase.

• Guarantee excludes damage due to improper handling, pests, or natural disasters.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

• By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data for administration of the Campaign and prize fulfillment.

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

10. Disqualification

Entries will be void if:

• Submitted after the Campaign Period.

• Fraudulent, tampered with, or in violation of these Terms.

• Associated with any act of dishonesty or misconduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed communications, or unauthorized human intervention.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer’s liability is limited to the retail value of the prize won.

12. Amendment & Termination

• Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time for any reason, including force majeure, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.
